Bristol Property in the Guardian
Bristol has been featured extensively in a Guardian property article. The article discusses the buoyant property market and reports on the 15% annual rise in house prices. It discusses the most popular areas like Clifton as well as the newly generated areas like the Crest homes down by the harbour.
Not really sure if that is till the case though. Are house prices till rising in Bristol? the article reports that more than half of Bristol residents are classed as “wealthy achievers, the urban prosperous and comfortably off”. So maybe that explains property prices.
