Bristol Pole Dancing
I found a site where anyone can sign up to take one off pole dancing lessons in Bristol! What a funny birthday/christmas present that would be.
The idea is you go along to a central Bristol venue and they take you through the moves. Apparently it is a very good form of exercise.
