Living Well with Stress
The Bristol Buddhist Centre on Gloucester Rd is running a course Living Well with Stress aimed at those struggling to cope with the complexity and pace of life. Maybe stress at work, relationships or something else has built up in to a problem for you. The course aims to bring a greater sense of richness and meaning in to your life with a gentle, supportive approach in a relaxing venue.
The course starts 30th october 2007 for 8 weeks on Tuesdays 2.30-5.00pm. I wonder who it is aimed at though with the daytime hours. Obviously not people who work nine to five. The trainer is Catherine Lucas.
